Something important you should understand before you make an order.
1. NO refund. Unless I really mess it up (e.g. I have sent you a broken key charm), I will send a new one to you without charging you any shipping fees.
2. Make sure your address is correct before sending the order. Giving me a WRONG Address you will never get your stuff, this is not my responsibilities at all. I will not return any money as this is not my fault.
3. Cancellation of orders after you have paid is NOT allowed as you supposedly understand what you really needed and checked EVERY information you filled in.
4. Send me an email or leave your message to me I can edit your information if unfortunately you found you really filled it wrong. If you have an additional order, I can combine your orders into one parcel. (It's better to inform me first. If not, I will send them separately)
5. All parcels usually will be sent within a week.
Except:
You have ordered any handmade dolls
It takes 1-2weeks longer as time is needed to finish the orders. (All the dolls are made by myself)
6. There is a potential risk in any delivery. If your parcel unfortunately has reported lost, please contact me via this web either my email. I will send your parcel again with only charge you the shipping fees.
7. Kindly remind Hong Kong Postal Service (Air Mail and Registered Air Mail, even All Surface Mail services) DOES NOT include these regions due to COVID19:

1. 貨品出門不設退換。除非我寄送了已損壞的貨品, 我會包郵費重新寄出您的商品。
2. 在送出訂單前確保您郵寄地址正確。提供錯誤地址而沒法收受包裹不屬於我方責任, 所以不會提供任何賠償, 望諒解。
3. 不接受任何理由取消已付款訂單。下單時清楚自己需要和負擔能力許可下才好購物。
4. 若不幸地發現自己提供了錯誤資訊, 如地址/電郵地址<電郵地址真的最好不要錯(我可不想公開尋找你)
遇上這情況可以電郵到[email protected]/在這網頁留下訊息給我, 我可以幫你作出修正。
如果有追加商品但不想分開寄出, 可以用上面方法告訴我, 要不然會依照訂單分開發出了。多出的郵費退不了, 所以請三思才下單。
5. 正常情況下,下單一星期內會送出包裹。除了訂單包含了任何手工醜娃, 因為醜娃製作需時, 完成訂單會盡快寄出。
6. 郵遞均有寄失風險, 若果不幸寄失了, 可以聯絡我, 確認寄失了, 只需要重付郵費就可以重新寄郵包給你。
7. 因新冠疫情還是影響郵寄運輸情況下，請在下單前查閱香港郵政網站最新消息
注意郵寄工作天也因疫情延誤。
8. 強烈建議你們和朋友一起下單, 郵費會比你們分開下單的便宜。
