Before placing an order, it's important for you to understand the following.
0. Currency is in HONG KONG DOLLARS (HKD)
Please make sure you have checked the exchange rate before you purchase, truly sorry for the inconvenience
(bc the fking system doesn't allow me to change the currency bc of where I live)

40HKD = 5.15USD (around 1HKD/7.8)
40HKD = 3.93GBP (around 1HKD/10.2)
40HKD = 4.69EUR (around 1HKD/8.53)
1. NO refund. Unless I really mess it up (e.g., I sent you a broken key charm), I will send you a new one without charging any shipping fees.
2. Make sure your address is correct before sending the order. If you give me the WRONG Address, you will never get your stuff. This is not my responsibility at all. I will not return any money as this is not my fault.
3. Cancelling orders after you have paid is NOT allowed, as you supposedly understand what you really need and checked EVERY piece of information you entered.
4. 2 Conditions:
1. If, unfortunately, you find that you have filled it in incorrectly.
2. If you have an additional order, I can combine your orders into one parcel. (It's better to inform me first. If not, I will send them separately)

5. All parcels usually will be sent within a week.

You have ordered any Pre-order merch and handmade dolls order
It takes 1-2 weeks longer as time is needed to finish the orders. (All the dolls are made by myself)
6. Any delivery carries a potential risk. If your parcel has been reported lost, please contact me via X or email. I will send it again and charge you the shipping fees.
7. It is highly recommended you gather orders with your friends to share the international shipping fee.
8. Remember to write down who your(and your friends) oshi(s) are in the remark section while checking out! I will give you a little gift! YEEEEEEEEEHAWWWWW

5. 正常情況下,下單一星期內會送出包裹。除了訂單包含了任何預訂周邊和手工醜娃, 因為醜娃製作需時, 完成訂單會盡快寄出。
6. 郵遞均有寄失風險, 若果不幸寄失了, 可以聯絡我, 確認寄失了, 只需要重付郵費就可以重新寄郵包給你。
7. 強烈建議你們和朋友一起下單, 郵費會比你們分開下單的便宜。
